Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For damaged or defective items, please include photos when contacting our support team.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
